Albert Beaujard, célébre cambrioleur, amateur d'art et de femmes, vient de subtiliser un tableau de grande valeur au musée d'Orsay. Recherché par toutes les polices de France. Il choisit de se cacher dans un appartement bourgeois situé en face du musée. Lucien et Odette Poiseau ne s'attendaient pas à recevoir la visite d'un malfaiteur aussi surprenant qui va se mêler de leur vie de couple... Fin observateur, il va tenter d'enseigner à Lucien comment retrouver le respect et l'amour d'une femme possessive et autoritaire. Les choses vont cependant prendre une tournure inattendue quand l'élève va donner une leçon au maître...
Patrick Zenou is a French author. He began his career in advertising as a copywriter. For several years, he created campaigns for major brands such as Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and Porsche, developing a particularly keen eye for words, images, and the power of storytelling. Passionate about design, he then turned to jewelry design. A demanding world where precision, attention to detail, and the pursuit of balance are essential — qualities that are naturally reflected in his writing. He began by writing short novels before fully dedicating himself to playwriting. His first play, “La femme est le meilleur ami de l’homme,” immediately won over audiences. Characterized by its originality and finely crafted humor, it was an immediate success and was performed for more than ten years, both in France and abroad. Today, Patrick Zenou continues this journey with “A Wife for Victor,” the film adaptation of his play, bringing his world to the screen and giving it a new dimension.
